Compensation: $5,500 per Month
Working Hours:  35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
MUST BE available to work a flexible schedule including any weekdays, weekends and holidays

Tips
Job duties:
Manage, plan, organize, control, and evaluate the staff for daily operation.
Build work schedules considering the seasons, business trends and community events etc.
Monitor, coach, and manage staffs’ performance.
Optimize profitability by controlling key variable costs of food, supplies and labour.
Maintain and plan for inventory and orders.
Build professional relationships with team, vendors, and neighbours.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Maintain and report monthly cash reconciliation as per company standards.
Hire and plan for training new staff(s).
May need to perform the duties as staff (covering breaks etc.), if required.
Requirements:
Language: English
Completion of Secondary
Minimum 3 years of working experience in food service including at least 1 years of supervisory experience
