Job Duties
The Event Success Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise events for Planned Enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Duties include:
Managing client intake and overseeing event planning from start to finish.
Leading supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier orchestration.
Handling all contracting, payments, and registration/guest management flows.
Coordinating room blocks, logistics, and event reporting.
Enforcing company policy, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.
Capturing measurable cost savings and maintaining accurate financial and audit documentation.
Leading the execution of events (primarily remote coordination).
Delivering post-event ROI analytics and strategic recommendations.
Providing product feedback to internal teams.
Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to support adoption and business expansion.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related field is a definitive asset.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with event management tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of English is mandatory. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
